About changes or cancellation of booking. |
Please call us at (050-5805-0383) if you want to change or cancel your booking.
We do not accept changes or cancellation of your booking by email. Please call us the next day if our call center is closed.
[We can provide quicker service if you tell us the reservation number(on the RESERVATION CONFIRMATION RECEIPT) when you call.]

Terms of changes made after booking. |
Please note that we do not accept date changes after the reservation is completed. If you want to change the date, you have to cancel your original booking first then re-book.

About cancellation fee. |
Passenger can cancel his booking anytime as long as he pays the cancellation fee accordingly.

About refund |
Payment by credit card.
1. If we have already charged and received payment from your credit card, we will deduct the difference (total bus fare - the change fee or cancellation fee) and refund the remaining balance into your bank account.
2. If we have already charged but not yet receive payment from your credit card, we will notify your credit card company to change the original charge to just the cancellation charge.
Please note that the fee for the bank transfer will be the responsibility of the passenger. You will be able to confirm
the refund within 3-7 days.
Payment at convenience store.
We will refund the money to your bank account. (You can confirm the refund in your accout within 3 to 7 days)
Please note that the refund transfer fee will be the responsibility of the passenger. Please check about it when you call to make change or cancellation.
