Please note that our customer email center answer all questions with the exception of questions related to seat availability, booking, changes,and cancellation.

Will the ticket be sent to me after booking (after payment)?
-The print out of the RESERVATION CONFIRMATION RECEIPT ( the receipt of payment from convenience store is also needed ) will be the ticket.
Can I request my seating location?
-No, you can not.
I have tried to make payment at the convenience store but couldn't, am I doing something wrong?
-Please check here for the payment at the convenience store.
What should I do if I do not have a printer to print out my RESERVATION CONFIRMATION RECEIPT?
-We will allow you to board the bus after we check your reservation number and telephone number.
I have made the booking, but did not receive the RESERVATION CONFIRMATION RECEIPT, does that mean my booking is not valid?
-It could be the email address was wrong or the booking is not valid. Please call the number below.
