Frequently asked questions:
- Will the ticket be sent to me after booking (after payment)?
- -The print out of the RESERVATION CONFIRMATION RECEIPT ( the receipt of payment from convenience store is also needed ) will be the ticket.
- Can I request my seating location?
- -No, you can not.
- I have tried to make payment at the convenience store but couldn't, am I doing something wrong?
- -Please check here for the payment at the convenience store.
- What should I do if I do not have a printer to print out my RESERVATION CONFIRMATION RECEIPT?
- -We will allow you to board the bus after we check your reservation number and telephone number.
- I have made the booking, but did not receive the RESERVATION CONFIRMATION RECEIPT, does that mean my booking is not valid?
- -It could be the email address was wrong or the booking is not valid. Please call the number below.
